Wk6 Mondays Squats

Smith Machine Full Squat
135lbs x 3, 155 x 3, 155 x 10, 155 x 10, 165 x 10
Quad Extension

70lb x 17, 80 x 17, 80 x 17

Tried squatting parallel to the floor today instead of 90 degree bent legs, really brought out the weakness in my quads. When I start to bulk again this is going to have to be a big focus. I’ll need to focus on legs overall versus upper body I really crave strength in my legs I’ve always had those chicken legs and their still lacking. I want function out of them too so I may go for higher than 10 reps.

Weighed in at 159lbs so 2.5 lbs loss since friday. Actually i was around 162 all week last week I thought I hit a plateau. Maybe I did maybe I didn’t. What I did is explained in my photo update.
