I just started this program(literally yesterday), and I&#039;m applying it to both the squat and military press. Present max for both are 355 and 205, respectively. I think this program has great potential- my question concerns whether it is a good idea to repeat the cycle again, perhaps after a one week taper? I also want to apply this program to my bench (Max= 325), although I feel doing squat, M press, and B press all on the same day will be pretty gruesome.</description>
