My current weight in these photos is actually 150.5, a half pound heavier. I cycled my calories above and below 1800 all week and ended up at 149.5 on friday. I felt VERY lethargic and basically sloth-like at work. I&#8217;m not going to be continuing any further with fat loss, [...]

I stuck to my calorie cycling plan all week and took 100mg of caffeine probably two times this week.  Caffeine resistance builds quickly.

Weighed in at 159lbs today. I was stuck at 161.5lbs all last week I thought I had plateaud. My theory was that my body was adpating to a constant state of restricted calories by slowing down my metabolism. To counter act this I increased my caloric intake and decreased my expenditure(exercise).
And guess what? Over the weekend I lost 2.5 whopping [...]
